What are the minimum requirements to apply as a Strong driver

You are required to have 2 years of verifiable driving experience. You must be 24 years old, hold a valid CLASS A CDL, and must have basic knowledge of English language. If you speak Spanish, know that we have staff fluent in Spanish at your disposal.

Where are we operating and hiring?

We are very proud to say that we hire in all 48 states. Wherever you are from, you can always join us and become a part of our successful story. We operate all over the United States with the exception of West Coast. We do not operate west of Denver Colorado, I-25.

How long does the recruitment process take?

It’s a very simple procedure, actually. First, you must fill out our driver application form on our official website (it takes about 3 minutes). Once you complete it, our recruiters will contact you to provide all the info you need. When you agree on terms, we go ahead with the insurance procedure. Once our insurance company approves your application, the next step is a drug test. We will find the nearest Medical Station and cover all your travel expenses. It takes about two business days – usually we get the results the next day after 2 PM. From the moment you fill out the application form or contact us, it takes 48 hours to get dispatched.

What are your employment and insurance options?

We have two employment options, based on your needs. You can choose between 1099 or W2. As far as the medical insurance is concerned, we can offer to co–pay 50% of your medical insurance, up to $250.00 a month.

Do I have to pay for anything?

NO. We cover ALL the expenses of the recruitment process. From the drug test to expenses of staying in a motel – there’s absolutely nothing you should worry about. As we said it before – trust and understanding are very important for our company. We are ready to provide everything for every driver’s perfect and easy start.

What kind of trucks do you own?

Our fleet is expanding rapidly due to increased demands for our services. Currently, we have Volvo’s, Peterbilts and Kenworths.

How much home time do I get?

Home time depends on which state you are from. The rule in most cases is that you get 1 day off for every week on the road.
